Also choose the size of paper you will print on by using the Paper Size drop-down list.
Dictate the orientation of the sheet of paper,
as well as how far apart the actual cards will be from one another on the printed sheet.

you always start with
and ask you to create design ordered shoes
a template they're going to use for your design
and normally you would click this big plus button right here
it would open up its gonna show you all the different choices they have built in
right here is business card and typically if your gonna do a horizontal
business card this is a perfect place to start
but we're gonna do it vertical card instead of horizontal
and right now thus far as I know camera doesn't have a
vertical card template built-in so we're gonna have to put in
our dimensions manually and a standard business card size
here in the US is three and a half inches by
two inches now I don't know the conversion to centimeters
or whatever so someone's gonna have to help me with that one but what we're
doing
does we're gonna go up here to the top we're gonna click used
custom dimensions and we're going to change this from pixels to
inches and then we're going to put in the size that we need now
because a business card specifically is going to be printed
a good printer is gonna need what's called bleed area
or extra area outside the regular
size so they can trim it and have color all the way to the edges
so instead of putting three and a half by two we're gonna have to put a little
bit have a different number
and this is a standard number four any good printer
so for the width love this card we're gonna say two point

box keys me will have a two-point
one
and then for the height

the front can actually be really easy to make the back to be a little more
complicated so we'll jump into that pretty quickly
such a back over here the first thing we need to do is put our background in

so quick that popped right in there just need to make a little bigger to
fill the space by grab in the corners they're going up the background and then
here's the book that we have already cut out as a
transparent PNG cyclic not there's our book
resize it just a little bit remember that this card is gonna be trimmed at
the printer so you don't have things really close to the edge
because I'll get rimmed of
so we'll do something like that my move down a little bit
by the way little triggers if you're trying to drag it with your mouse that
works too but it seems to pop to places you don't really want sometimes
so if you just click it once and then use your eros
arrow keys to move around a little give you are smaller movements
so that's about right the money to put the Amazon and Barnes & Noble locals and
there's a lot going click
Barnes and Noble
and that's pretty much
we need for the front that's pretty easy plus job to the back here
now on the back again let's go back and look at what we're trying to make
we have a circle with Andres picture on it and you notice it also has a white
circle and the yellow circle there
that's gonna be important as we work through sees got a wooden background
which is the same one that's right here
I just closer there we've got all the details about him
and some pictures the bottom along with the chalkboard
on back on here that's inside a large circle frame that goes all the way out

in this case is circle frame and you drop something in it putting things on
top a bit is impossible because
if you'd put if you try to put extra thing on top

automatically get sucked into that circle into the frame and it's very hard
to deal with we're going to the frame last and then move it back was behind
everything

Word: How to create custom business cards !!!

flow this doctor with the Davis and today I wanna work through
business card and i wanna create the business card
in Microsoft Word me bring up the finished result Word: How to create custom business cards !!! and sick up a graphics

up pretty quick and simple way to do some basic ones of course you always
have the benefit
templates that are offered and Microsoft Word
if you wanna see those just gonna file and go down to
new and wanna your choices besides just blank document is to get down to
online printing press business cards and if you picked that option you can
open this folder and see the selections they have available which you can see
them
populate as we go and you can
pic the basic was all kinda car you just replace
and put your information and once you download that
particular card I wanted that one I'll just hit download
over to the right and it would on
put those in there and I will just have to click in
and change company name and the address is any logos would go there
so names and titles down there says pretty easy
it's all done its parts you gonna get at least eight cards per page
of course you have to pick your have your card stock that you can buy it at
the office supply store

pieced all right now you may wanna look come over
to make sure that everything cop because I have unit
on occasion seen it to misaligned something along the way
so there you go
now arm it is recommended that if you're printing out multiple copies at these
that's you first print one like this that has the lines
in it but to when it comes time to
index minutes make a template for what cut it but
if you don't want the borders you can go back
into right click on any gonna borders and shading again
but this time stay on borders instead of saying you don't wanna say nine
but what you do want it is just leave it on the box border that it is but change
the caller to be
the same grace ago and print out that template
like this with the line seal have something to follow when you're cutting
but that's on the next page before you print the second page go in
and changed the caller to the same color
as your background so I used at agreeably right there
and just where border so I say okay
it takes it looks like it takes to borderline even though it's still there
but then that way you don't get those lines are trying to cut by
up showing up on the cards that you
want to cut news okay so that's just another trick to help you
have more professional-looking cards so one is
with days this the same color as the background
and then undo it and there's your borders in black
